We're looking for a dynamic Buyer to join our growing team. In this critical role, you'll be the hero behind the scenes, ensuring our kitchens are always stocked with the finest ingredients to create delicious, nutritious pet food.

What you'll do:

Be a sourcing superstar, finding the best quality meats, veggies, and other supplies to keep our furry friends happy and healthy.
Build strong relationships with suppliers, becoming their partner in creating pawsome pet food.
Negotiate winning contracts that ensure quality and affordability.
Oversee the entire purchasing process, from placing orders to tracking deliveries.
Collaborate with our amazing production, quality assurance, and finance teams to keep everything running smoothly.
Analyze data to identify trends and find areas to save costs and improve efficiency.
Help us grow our business by finding new suppliers and staying on top of industry trends.
What you'll bring:

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field (a plus, but we value experience too!).
Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or inventory management, ideally in the food industry.
Strong negotiation skills - you'll be our champion in securing the best deals for our pet food.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you'll be working with people across all departments.
A keen eye for detail and a talent for problem-solving.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
A passion for pets and a commitment to quality.
Bonus points if you have:

Experience finding and qualifying new suppliers.
A track record of negotiating favorable contracts.
Knowledge of import/export regulations (if applicable).
