Job Description

This individual will be responsible for the fulfillment of receiving processing shipping and completing customer purchase orders for Sika Roofing products and services. This position is a HIGH LEVEL customer service role that acts as an account manager / project manager to our valued customers. In addition this individual will support the region with projects that further improve operational service to customers. This position reports to the Client Solutions Manager.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Utilizing the Sales and Distribution module of SAP. Enter and manage customer Sales Orders and Purchase Orders.
• Work closely with vendors to coordinate products for drop shipments.
• Help coordinate all materials to deliver to jobsites and help our valued customers manage their roofing projects from beginning to end.
• Monitor SAP generated backorder lists open billing lists scheduled picking and shipping lists etc. to fulfill and stay ahead of customers orders and related needs.
• Promptly answer questions from customers and sales representatives as they arise.
• Become and remain proficient in Sika Roofing products services and operational procedures pertaining to Sales and Distribution.

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma
• Bachelors degree preferred
• 25 years of work experience in a similar position
• Professional demeanor: Exemplify a positive and professional attitude in the workplace fostering a collaborative environment while maintaining a high standard of integrity accountability and respect in all interactions.
• Customercentric communication: Confidently engage with customers providing clear and empathetic communication to address inquiries troubleshoot issues and deliver exceptional service experiences.
• Meticulously detailoriented: Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of tasks ensuring accuracy and precision in execution.
