Total Veterinary Care in Buford is looking for a dedicated, motivated, and experienced individual to join our fast-paced, dynamic team. Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting Pay : $16-18/hr, based on experience
• Full-Time Benefits : Personal & vacation time, sick time, health insurance, uniform allowance, veterinary care benefits, retirement plan with company match, quarterly bonuses, and more!

Schedule : Our team works on a rotating schedule to maintain coverage and balance. Weekly shifts alternate between:

Week A : Tuesday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Week B : 3 weekdays + Saturday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of experience as a veterinary assistant in a clinical setting with demonstrated ability to:

1. Safely restrain animals, perform blood draws, catheter placement, and accurately fill prescriptions
2. Assist in surgery and provide support during medical procedures
3. Understand and perform in-house laboratory tasks with confidence

• Knowledgeable in preventative medicine , medical terminology, medication calculations, and client education
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with clients and colleagues, ensuring top-notch care and service
• Self-starter with exceptional organizational skills , able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Motivated to learn and grow : You will have opportunities to develop new skills and advance in your career
