Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with a can do attitude and the ability to multitask to serve as our company’s front desk receptionist/admin assistant to the owner. In this position, you answer incoming calls and help customers schedule appointments, answer questions, pre qualify customers, a schedule jobs/installations. In addition, you’ll be responsible for managing the schedule of the owner of the company after getting established amd comfortable in the position. We are a small company with multiple crews, and the job can be fast paced with little downtime at times (not always). We're also family owned and oriented. Responsibilities:
  • You will be working directly with the office manager, owner, and operations manager daily. 
  • You will work a set schedule that’s free of weekend and nighttime hours, with overtime always availability but not required unless otherwise asked.

  • Computer Skills are a must. Customer Service Skills are an absolut must.
  • Answer a multiple line phone system, manage calls by routing them to the proper extensions or taking messages.
  • Accept deliveries and mail, organize them to be distributed to the correct recipients using the office mailing system and ensure they get to the recipient in a timely manner while also managing outgoing mail and packages for pickup.
  • Software training provided, as well as ongoing training and performance driven bonuses. 


Required: 

  • Stellar attention to detail and a good attitude coming in to work everyday. 
  • At least 1 year of training or experience in customer service and office work.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
