Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Growth Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead initiatives to drive customer acquisition, enhance sales processes, increase customer retention, and fuel revenue growth. As a key member of our growth team, you'll shape and execute strategies that scale our impact while staying ahead of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Growth Planning:

Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies aligned with company goals. Utilize insights to prioritize initiatives that drive success.

Platform Ownership for Growth Tools/Systems:

Identify, optimize, and manage both new and existing tech platforms in collaboration with the development team. Oversee the integration of no-code/low-code tools, including ad managers, CRMs, lead distribution systems, and data analytics platforms.

Customer Acquisition & Retention:

Design and implement innovative campaigns that attract, engage, and retain customers across digital and offline channels.

Performance Optimization:

Analyze metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of growth strategies, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.

Collaboration & Leadership:

Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, data analytics, and operations, to drive unified growth strategies.

Experimentation & Innovation:

Continuously test, iterate, and scale new ideas, fostering a culture of innovation while managing risks and resources effectively.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
2+ years of experience in growth strategy, marketing, or a related role in a high-growth, tech-driven environment
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel)
Proven track record of driving growth in customer acquisition and retention
Experience with growth marketing channels, including paid media, SEO, email marketing, and partnerships
Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment
A customer-centric mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving

Travel and Office Requirements:

0-10% travel required
Office-based position
