We're looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, providing patients and customers with accurate information, and ensuring a smooth experience with their prescription benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
Use healthcare information systems to research and address customer inquiries regarding prescription benefits.
Quickly assess customer needs, resolve concerns, and provide helpful solutions.
Build strong, positive relationships with customers by listening attentively, showing empathy, and delivering exceptional service.
Meet performance and quality standards based on established call center metrics.
Adhere to all workplace guidelines and rules of conduct.
Professionally handle incoming calls, ensuring each inquiry and issue is fully resolved.
Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on providing solutions.
Experience in call center environments is a plus, particularly in healthcare or insurance settings.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both over the phone and in writing.
Strong active listening skills and attention to detail.
A friendly, patient, and empathetic attitude.
A strong work ethic with a team-oriented mindset.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Schedule:

Option 1: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST), with Wednesday and Sunday off.
Option 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST), with Monday and Saturday off.
Experience Level: Entry Level

Compensation:

Hourly rate: $18.00 per hour
