The practice offers digital mammogram, DEXA scans, 4-D ultrasound and lab testing
515 deliveries per year with room for growth
Covers 1 facility
Call: 1:4 (with the addition of a new physician) Midwives assist with call- physician back up for emergent C-sections
Approximately 2 hours from hospitals that can provide higher level of care

Facility:
Hospital in Obion County, Tennessee, offers a wide range of medical care services including emergency, behavioral health, outpatient, obstetrics, cancer care, and inpatient treatment services. Originally founded as a General Hospital, this medical center became part of the larger system in 1982. The 137-bed facility serves northwest Tennessee and western Kentucky. The hospital also has all the newest technology needed to care for it's patients.

Union City, Tennessee, is located in the northwest corner of the state along the Tennessee/Kentucky border.
