Friendly, Professional Swimming Pool Technician

What We're Looking For:

We need a motivated and dependable Swimming Pool Technician to join our team for weekly maintenance routes. Experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right candidate! Suppose you're ready to learn and grow. In that case, we’ll provide training and certifications, including CPO (Certified Pool Operator) and CPI (Certified Pool Inspector) — certifications that put you in the top 20% of technicians in the industry and come with a raise upon completion!

The Ideal Candidate:

• Lives in or near Sarasota or the surrounding areas
• Has strong customer service skills and attention to detail
• Is mentally and physically challenging and can handle outdoor work
• Is friendly, professional, and a great communicator
• Holds a valid Driver’s License (Required)

Pay & Benefits:

• $18.00 - $20.00/hour (Hourly Position)
• Commission on some items and Weekly Bonus Opportunities

Route Details:

• Residential pool route in Sarasota and surrounding areas
• Approximately 83 pools on your route
