We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Revit/CAD Drafter to join our design team. As a Revit/CAD Drafter, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans used in construction projects. You will utilize various software tools to produce accurate and detailed plans based on project specifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineers and designers to understand project requirements
• Develop detailed models/drawings using software such as Revit and AutoCAD
• Create 3D models for visual representations of designs
• Assist in drafting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing plans
• Review and modify drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD software
• Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
• The ability to read and interpret construction drawings/documents
• Strong understanding of drafting techniques and principles
• Experience in plumbing, mechanical, and electrical design is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting tasks
