Key Responsibilities

• Develop, organize, and manage industrial robotic automation project plans and schedules.
• Determine and allocate project resources while assessing risks.
• Ensure project standards and customer requirements are consistently met.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to maintain project timelines and budgets.
• Monitor project performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Oversee changes to project scopes and schedules as needed.
• Participate in employee training, contract administration, and job costing.
• Travel domestically and internationally to customer sites as required.

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: At least 8 years in engineering project management, robotic automation project management, or sales application engineering project management.
• Ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
• Strong and stable work history.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
• Reside within a 45-minute drive of Pewaukee, WI.

Compensation

• Base Salary: Up to $125,000 annually.
• Full benefits package.

• This is a non-remote position.
• No relocation assistance is provided.
