We are seeking a talented and experienced Mid to Senior Level UI Designer to join our dynamic creative team. As a UI Designer, you will report directly to the Creative Director and play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity and user experience of our digital projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of challenging and innovative design projects in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to develop high-quality UI designs for web and mobile applications, websites, and other digital platforms.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts that effectively communicate design ideas and user interactions.

Develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and project requirements.

Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of design assets while maintaining a high level of quality.

Take ownership of projects from conceptualization to final execution, ensuring designs meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

Present design concepts and solutions to internal teams and clients, effectively communicating design rationale and gathering feedback.

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and industry best practices to continuously improve design processes and deliver innovative solutions.

Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of designs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

5+ years of professional experience as a UI Designer, preferably in a fast-paced agency environment.

Proficiency in Figma is essential.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

Ability to think conceptually and translate ideas into visually appealing and user-friendly designs.

Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and receive constructive feedback.

Experience with motion graphics and Webflow is highly desirable.

Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a self-starter mentality.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Understand how to utilize a design system adopted across the company and implement it effectively in Figma.

Recognizing the appropriate moments and contexts to innovate within the established system, and successfully addressing interface complexities within its framework.
