Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging, personalized instruction to students with special needs in a virtual setting.
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique requirements.
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and school staff to ensure student success.
Utilize innovative tools and strategies to maintain student engagement and track progress.
Adapt teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles and abilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education or Special Education (required).
Master's degree in Special Education or experience teaching students with special needs (preferred).
Active Illinois Teaching Certification (Professional Educator License, PEL) is mandatory.
Prior experience teaching in a virtual or remote setting is a plus, but not required.

Technology Requirements:

A reliable home computer with a high-speed internet connection.
Willingness to complete and pass a basic technical screening process.
