An established, successful upper mid-west supermarket group is seeking a Store Director for one of their locations. The Store Director will lead and oversee all store operations in a manner that is consistent with the Mission and Budget.
This position is also responsible for overall profitability, sales, appearance, customer service, and enforcement of all Standards. The store director is accountable for the store and team and everything that happens on the property. Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising conditions Must develop and execute standards across entire operation: Merchandising plan o grams, job specific, food safety, work safety, cleanliness, health code, uniform, customer service, etc... Manage all buying activities to ensure stock levels, leveraging vendor deals and also managing cash flow properly. Must maintain store appearance, inside and outside, and team conditions must be held to a high standard. Must be the LEADER for the location and the GO TO person for all situations.
