Our brand embodies warm sophistication and a keen attention to detail, and we believe every team member should reflect these qualities.

**Who We Are Looking For:**
We seek a dedicated and personable Travel Consultant to join our team. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury travel planning, along with a passion for travel and a strong desire to provide exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have traveled extensively, gaining valuable knowledge about luxury accommodations and service providers, as well as an intrinsic empathy for clients' varying needs. If you're organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you!

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Engage with ultra-high-net-worth clients through email, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Conduct thorough research on destinations, culinary options, and activities to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with suppliers (hotels, operators, and independent guides) to create bespoke travel arrangements.
- Work with hotel concierges to arrange dining, entertainment, and ground transportation reservations.
- Build detailed travel itineraries from concept to trip departure using our Salesforce itinerary builder.
- Track time spent on client trips using our online systems.
- Input important data into our CRM, including trip feedback and client information.
- Reconfirm client itineraries prior to departure to ensure seamless travel.
- Meet or exceed established sales goals while maintaining a high standard of service.
- Mentor and train Travel Coordinators and Associates to foster professional development.
- Manage client invoicing and process payment requests efficiently.
- Learn and effectively use our internal tools, including Salesforce and Sabre.
- Attend team meetings and events, along with participating in familiarization trips or conferences (which may occur on weekends).
- Document feedback and scouting reports following trips in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the brainstorming and implementation of side projects to support our thoughtful growth strategy.

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree and based in New York.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a luxury travel consultancy or agency, with direct client-facing experience.
- Extensive international travel experience (at least 20 countries) and strong knowledge of luxury products in those regions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Experience in crafting unique and creative travel experiences for discerning clientele.
- Ability to maintain composure in high-stress situations and handle challenges effectively.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a group setting.
- Diligent work ethic with a proactive attitude toward taking on additional responsibilities, including after-hours work when necessary.
- Resourceful problem-solver with strong attention to detail and organizational skills, adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A positive attitude and a passion for travel that aligns with our brand ethos.
- Quick learner who can adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy, proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with Sabre, Adobe Suite, and Salesforce is a plus.

**Compensation and Benefits:**
- Competitive salary based on experience, along with performance-based bonuses.
- Exciting annual travel opportunities valued at over $20,000 per trip.
- Comprehensive health care plan (medical, dental, and vision benefits).
- Retirement and profit-sharing plan (401k).
- Generous paid time off: 15 days annually, plus 10 holidays, 4 floating religious holidays, and 5 remote work or scouting days.
- Ongoing training and development opportunities.
*Please note that benefits are subject to change without prior notice.
