About the Role:

As a Truck Mechanic you are responsible for:

Heavy duty road truck, forklift, brake system, electrical systems, and minor diesel engine repairs.
Understanding mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Conducting preventative maintenance and inspections.
Troubleshooting equipment issues

About You:

We Require:

We prefer that you have 5 years of prior diesel maintenance, preventative maintenance, and maintenance and repair experience (High School Diploma is a must - technical school or certifications are preferred)
Weld (Stick and MIG) and fabricate machinery to specification standards
Be proficient in working with heavy equipment, specifically: trucks, trailers, booms, forklifts, moffetts, and loaders
Troubleshoot well in a fast-paced environment and diagnose the equipment's problems efficiently and effectively
Communicate in an assertive but professional manner
Understand and maintain DOT Regulations
Work independently and be accountable for their daily tasks and work well within a team
