We are looking for a dedicated and passionate ESL teacher to join a vibrant educational team. This remote position offers a unique chance to make a positive impact on students from diverse backgrounds and support their journey in learning English.

Position Overview: As a remote ESL teacher, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging online lessons tailored to the needs of English language learners in grades K-12. Your role will involve collaborating with classroom teachers to enhance students' language skills and academic success across various subjects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging ESL lessons that align with state standards and the district's curriculum
Monitor and assess students' progress in acquiring the English language
Create personalized learning plans based on students' proficiency levels
Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and achievements
Collaborate with classroom teachers and other specialists virtually
Communicate regularly with students' families to provide updates on progress and set goals
Participate in online professional development and team meetings

Required Qualifications:

Master's degree in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or a related field
Valid teaching license with an ESL/ELL endorsement in Massachusetts
At least 2 years of experience teaching ESL in a school setting
Proficiency in using online teaching platforms and technology
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience working with diverse student populations
