We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to join us as an equity co-founder at Launch Legends, a pioneering venture that merges Web3 blockchain technology with the burgeoning creator industry. This role places you at the heart of the convergence between Web3 and the creator economy through our innovative Autheo Layer-1 blockchain platform and GO WFO extreme sports creator network built on Autheo.

About the Organization

Launch Lends has been under development for over two years. We are gearing up to launch:

  1. Autheo: Our Layer-1 blockchain platform tailored for creators to own, expand, and monetize their networks.
  2. GO WFO: The first Layer-2 Creator Network focused on extreme sports operating on the Autheo platform.

These initiatives are set to transform the creator industry, projected to reach $500 billion by 2027, and the extreme sports market, an exciting sports sector with over 400 million active partipants worldwide. 

Position: Email Marketing Specialist 

The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven email marketing strategies aimed at engaging various target audiences, such as developers, creators, investors, and general users. You will work closely with multiple teams to develop content, leveraging the support of a content writer to create compelling, on-brand email campaigns. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of global email marketing regulations, best practices, and strategies to maximize deliverability and engagement while ensuring compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, CASL, and other relevant laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies that align with Autheo’s overall business objectives and audience needs.
  • Build and maintain a detailed email marketing calendar, ensuring that campaigns are timely and relevant for each audience segment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft and execute compelling email campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and retention.
  • Implement segmentation, automation, and personalization strategies to deliver targeted messaging based on user behavior, preferences, and engagement history.
  • Focus on growth hacking techniques, including optimizing signups and subscription strategies.

Campaign & Newsletter Management:

  • Manage the end-to-end process of email campaigns, including content creation, audience segmentation, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Build and maintain an email marketing calendar for timely, relevant communication with audience segments.
  • Implement audience segmentation, automation, and personalization strategies based on user behavior and lifecycle stage.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft and execute email campaigns, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
  • Work closely with the content writer to develop newsletters and other email marketing materials, ensuring that all content is compelling and aligns with Autheo’s brand voice.

Testing, Optimization, & Deliverability:

  • Use A/B and multivariate testing strategies to continuously optimize email campaigns for open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Monitor deliverability metrics to ensure that email campaigns successfully reach inboxes.
  • Implement strategies to maintain clean email lists, reducing hard bounces and improving sender reputation.

Automation & Workflow Management:

  • Set up, manage, and optimize automated email workflows, drip campaigns, lifecycle marketing campaigns, and newsletters.
  • Personalize email content and customer journeys based on user engagement, behavior, and lifecycle stage.

Compliance & Best Practices:

  • Ensure full compliance with global email marketing regulations such as CAN-SPAM , GDPR , CCPA , CASL, etc.
  • Stay current on email marketing laws and best practices to ensure deliverability and avoid penalties.
  • Implement best practices for avoiding spam folders and improving email deliverability across various email platforms.
  • Stay updated on email marketing best practices, trends, and emerging technologies.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor key email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, ROI) and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Report campaign performance to stakeholders, making data-driven recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
  • Analyze user behavior and engagement data to develop new strategies for increasing email campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably within the tech or blockchain space.
  • 2+ years of experience in developing and managing Newsletters. Experience in developing and managing newsletters for investors/partners is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in content writing, especially for newsletters and email campaigns.
  • Deep knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Strong understanding of global email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, CASL, etc.) and industry best practices.
  • Experience with email automation, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting tools to measure email performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Experience with growth hacking techniques, including signups and subscription strategies.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams.
  • Knowledge of Web3 or blockchain technology is an advantage.
