Work Schedule:
Office hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 8:30 PM; Saturday-Sunday, 10 AM - 6 PM
Full-time therapists are expected to handle 25 client hours per week; part-time therapists manage a minimum of 15-18 client hours per week.
Flexibility is key, as evening and weekend availability may be required to meet client needs and maintain caseload requirements.
Work Location: Hybrid and fully remote options are available based on qualifications, licensure status, and schedule flexibility. Only fully licensed clinicians are eligible for hybrid/remote positions due to regulatory standards and practice requirements.
Compensation:
$30,000 - $65,000 (Dependent on experience and licensing)
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct mental health counseling sessions, including individual, family, couples, and group therapy, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
Utilize evidence-based interventions during sessions to ensure positive treatment outcomes.
Engage in continuous training and supervision to enhance clinical skills and effectiveness in delivering evidence-based treatments.
Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that facilitate goal achievement.
Provide case management services and coordinate referrals to additional resources as needed.
Work with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care for clients.
Address client crises as they arise, following safety protocols and seeking guidance from clinical supervisors when necessary.
Assist in referring clients to appropriate levels of care.
Complete accurate client records and documentation within 48 hours of each session.
Mentorship opportunities available, including the chance to supervise or mentor pre-licensed associates.
Participate in additional training and supervision to expand your expertise in various evidence-based practices.
Qualifications:
A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Doctorate of Psychology, or a related field.
Actively licensed or working towards licensure in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist).
Pre-licensed applicants should have completed their Master's degree or be within three months of completing it by the time of the interview, as we offer a highly competitive training program.
A minimum of one year of experience in a professional counseling setting is preferred.
