Amazing Athletes is seeking a passionate and engaging part-time Early Childhood Instructor to join our team! In this role, you will lead children in fun and educational sports activities designed to foster motor skills and build confidence in a non-competitive environment. No prior experience is required, though a love for working with children and strong communication skills are essential. Candidates with previous experience in coaching, teaching, or childcare is strongly preferred.

This position is perfect for those interested in early childhood education and child development.

New instructors can work 5-10 classes a week, with earnings ranging from $20 to $30 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging sports programs that develop children's motor skills and confidence.
• Provide individual attention to each child, encouraging their participation and celebrating their successes.
• Maintain a safe, fun, and supportive learning environment for all children.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Availability for classes primarily in the mornings and afternoons until 4:30pm on weekdays .
• Ability to travel to various class locations, including schools, parks, and recreational centers.

Additional Information:

• Part-time position with flexible scheduling.
• Coaches are paid for additional time before and after classes to prepare and wrap up.
