Job Description:

Maximizes product value by owning and prioritizing the backlog, guiding a Scrum team to deliver efficient and effective solutions that address customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Backlog Management :
  Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to shape and prioritize the product backlog based on the product vision and strategy.
• Planning and Coordination :
  Develop effective release plans, set goals, and manage dependencies across teams in coordination with Product Managers and delivery teams.
• Agile Practices :
  Continuously refine backlog items, set sprint priorities, and support the Scrum team in delivering committed value while addressing any impediments.
• Stakeholder Communication :
  Actively engage in agile events, coordinate resources, and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders on product progress.
• End-to-End Delivery :
  Drive the design and development of logistics solutions, including SAP S4/HANA, drop ship, order fulfillment, and pricing.
• Innovation and Problem-Solving :
  Lead product development using a human-centered design process, launching software solutions in collaboration with business and engineering teams.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background :
  Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• Experience :
  • 15+ years of experience with logistics processes, including end-to-end logistics solution design and development.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in product development using human-centered design principles.
  • Proven track record in launching software solutions and managing agile development processes.
• Technical Expertise :
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S4/HANA, ShipERP, Blue Yonder, and APIs.
  • Familiarity with dashboards, cloud services, e-commerce, real-time alerts, and artificial intelligence.
• Leadership :
  • Demonstrated ability to lead virtual teams and manage end-to-end product delivery.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with experience influencing stakeholders at all levels.
